Shipping
Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service ONLY. Although we normally ship orders as soon as we get them, please allow 2 weeks for shipping, especially during the busy seasons. If we are temporarily out of a product and cannot get something made in a reasonable time frame, we will call you and let you know when we can get it to you. Feel free to call us anytime for the estimated time of arrival of your order. To ship outside of the United States, please call our office at 330-382-1229.
Returns
If you need to return an item to us, please email us at returns@thewilderbcompany.com or call us within ten (10) days at 330-382-1229 for a return authorization.
The item must be returned to Ohio Valley Herbal Products in the original carton and packaging. A reason for the return is greatly appreciated since your feedback helps us create better products for you in the future. If there is something wrong with the item and you want a replacement, we will ship it to you at no extra charge. Otherwise, the purchase price – less shipping costs – will be returned to you within thirty (30) days.
