Shipping and Returns
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to the nature of our business and being small batch handcrafted products, please be aware there is a small potential for delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $8 flat rate shipping for any order under $50. All orders over $50 ship for free.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Columbiana Oh store location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10 am to 4 pm on Monday thru Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
We do not offer international shipping currently.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
You may return a product within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to return a product for any reason, please speak with our customer service representative first at 330-892-0682 for further direction. Products will not be refunded that are more than half used up unless there is something wrong with the product. All of our products are made with natural materials than can be very susceptible to oxygenation and variations in appearance. The products should be kept protected from exposure to air as much as possible.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
