As we move deeper into autumn, nature invites us to release and renew.
According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, fall is governed by the element of metal, symbolizing refinement and letting go. It is linked to the lungs and large intestine—the organs of elimination. As herbalist Kat Maier writes in Energetic Herbalism, “The lungs help us set boundaries to protect our inner world, while the large intestine carries away impurities of body, mind, and spirit.”

Emotionally, this is a time to release grief, sadness, or attachments that may be holding us back.

In this immersive evening workshop, we’ll explore cleansing herbs and their actions—not only on the body, but on the spirit as well. Each participant will craft a personalized fall cleanse tincture to take home and work with.

Whether you’re seeking to release parasites, emotional residue, or old patterns and relationships, this gathering is for you. I’ll share guidance on supporting your body through a cleanse—how to dose, recognize symptoms, and make the most of the process.

We’ll then move into ceremony, beginning with an energetic dose of your own crafted formula. Together, we’ll move through a guided breath release and enter a meditative journey designed to cleanse, clear, and renew.

We’ll close by sharing a foraged elixir on theme with the evening’s lessons and rituals—held under the watery Scorpio new moon.
